nub needs help with raptor

Hi,
I have taken on the task of building a pc for the first time and will probably be asking for your help
often.I'm installing my hhd's,1 74g Raptor and 1 200g Seagate.
The Raptor has pins 1 and 2 jumpered to "disable"spread spectrum clocking.Do I need to change this?
