nTune wont work with Asus P5N-E SLi Mobo

Hi guys,
Im kindda a noob here, but i would like to know if there are compatibility problems between the Asus P5N-E SLi Mobo and the nTune Software?
The nTune cant seem to detect my mobo settings and model...

My rig:
Intel C2D E6420
Asus P5N-E SLi
WD 320 GB Sata HDD
2GB Team Elite DDRII 800MHz
Vista Enterprise 32

do you have the latest nvidia chipset and vga drivers installed? you need te control panel installed first in order for ntune to work properly.
