ntune underclock's my system after fine tuning

Hello,
Just built a new rig last night and tried using the "ntune" program for the first time for overclocking. If I used the coarse tuning it raised my FSB to 224 mhz from 200 and the PCI Bus from 2500 mhz to 2850 mhz but when I ran the fine tuning overnight I wake up to find that it turned my fsb down from 200 to 194. PCI-E stayed the same. Anyone else had similar problems? Are there bugs with ntune? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
