Ntune okay now?

Was that just older versions....is the current one okay?

Brand new system and I don't want to mess it up.

Where did you here there was a problem with nTune to start with. I've never had a problem with nTune. But i like useing RivaTuner better.

EVGA forums and even people at Nvidia's forums claim it's the devil incarnate. It'll supposedly change bios settings by itself without you telling it to, and generally screw up your computer, to the point where lots of folks have had to get RMA's because their bios was so messed up.

I was wondering if the latest version fixed all that.

I'd stick with CMOS overclocking. Overclocking from within the OS is always dicey, even with nTune.

Ntune is okay but overclocking in the bios is a lot more reliable if you do your hw first.
