Ntune-good oc utility?

Instead of going thru the bios, has anyone ever oc'd there cpu using ntune? Is it good?

My board is a Epox EP-9NPA3 ULTRA(same as the + ultra but no 1394 cuz i dont need it) And the cpu is a A64 3200+ Venice
