Ntune Fan settings doesn't stay

Turns out that my 8800gts will OC just fine, save the profile in Ntune and have it loaded every time windows starts. It was great until I realized the fan setting doesn't get saved so I have to open ntune and reset the fan speed anyway after each restart. Does anyone know if there's a solution to this inconvenience?
