NTSC system to Pal

Iwould like to ask for help.
I have purched a video camera Panasconic SDR-H40p in USA. It turned out that it is in NTSC system but I live i Europa.
I tried to copy film form HD in vcamera to PC but it isn`t possible because it comes up message that it is not PAS system. I have used Videoscam Suite program. I wonder if I can do something that it makes possible to convert videofims that it would be possible to save them om HD in my PC.

it's not all that easy, but it can be done. I have converted several PAL DVDs to NTSC.

Do a Google for NTSC to PAL Conversion. Check out the first article.

There is also the path of a common denominator, i.e., MPEG.
