NTOSKRNL.EXE for Windows XP

Would someone be kind enough to email me that file? I need to check some stability issues. For some unknown reason the only OS which will not boot on my overclocked system is Windows XP. Windows 2000 Pro boots fine and doesn't produce any BSODs. All systems are go when the system runs at default speed. I am getting a feeling this file could be somehow causing the flip over upon boot.
