I have Win2002 Professional. I am getting this error eepeatedly. Then it re-eboots and i get the BSOD with the STOP ERROR. If I try to re-boot it again it would give the same error. But if I shut down and then boot it after 2-3 hours it will do a scandisk and run properly for a while and then the same pattern of errors repeat again.

I have a :
Amd Duron 750MHZ
FIC AZ11 MoBo
256 mb ram
ASUS AGP-V700 32Mb DDR (Nvidia Chipset)
IBM-DTLA-307030 (30 GB)
