I'm dual booting win98 and win2k, this morning i woke up and ntldr is missing, i can't boot, help me out, thanks.

I had that problem once. I tried a bunch of things, but in the end of it all, I had to re-install win2k.

Thats my solutiuon.

maybe a good way to do a multiple boot is to use boot magic. I find that win2k's dual boot is not so good. Some system files are still mixed up btw win2k and the previous os. It creates problem, so i ditched it and went with boot magic. I have tri-boot now, win98,win2k pro and win2k server...and they work perfectly.

Do you have 98 on the C: drive and win2k on the D: drive, if so did you do anything odd to the 98 drive cause ntldr would be kept there?

Well that would explain why you are missing the ntldr, bootmagic just helps you to boot into different operating systems or different partitions, if your actual partition is gone by some horrible act of God then you have more problems then just boot magic can fix. Any ideas on how you would be missing the C: part, and do you have seperate drives or just seperate partitions?
