NTFS vs. Fat32

I'm going to turn a computer into nothing but a file server, possibly a game server at times. Is there anything I should know about the NTFS format. What are its perks? I like the added security options that come with it, but are there any downfalls to it. I will be using it in a ide raid setup if that has any effect. The other computers on the network will all be using fat32. Thanks for the help.

Try Linux Ex 2. If you're going to be using it as just an FTP, you'll want an operating system that's solid.
