NTFS to RAW

I need your help. I was using the disk management in Windows XP to change the drive letter. The computer had place the DVD drive into E: which use to be one of my partition drives. So, when I change the drive letter to my need, it made the drive from the NTFS file system to RAW.

How do I recover it back to NTFS, so my files would not be lost?

looks like windows xp wiped out your partition table. to the best of my knowledge, i still don't think anyone knows why it happens. your files will still be there and the free recovery tool below may help you recover most of them:

Thank you for the response. I got fixed it with Testdisk 6.3
It was a bad boot sector.
