I formatted my drive in ntfs when installing winxp...however it will not let me see my files on my second drive....Device mananger finds the drive and says everything is fine and working...

Is this cause it is FAT32 format???

Are there any fixes other then dual os boot??

I need on the drive so I can access many of my diagnostic and benchmark progs to test my new northwoods stability....

Correct, NT4 will not read a FAT32 partition.

This might help you

I'm sure there are many programs that will accomplish this, this is just the first one I found.

The other option, of course, is to convert your drive to FAT16.

Windows 2000 and XP will read NTFS, FAT16 and FAT32, it was only NT that was not able to read FAT32. If you are running XP I don't think it's a file system issue, probably something else.

Try going into your control panels/administrative tools/computer management then choose disk management from the tree and see what it looks like.
