NTFS Partition Corrupted

My win2k computer decided to lock up a couple minutes ago, and now one of my ntfs partitions is unreadable. As win2k was comin up, chkdsk went through and scanned the partition, and fixed some stuff on it. Now when I try to access the partition in explorer, it says that the disk structure is corrupted and unreadable. Everytime I boot win2k, chkdsk runs on the disk, and looks like it can read the drive fine (it shows the size and disk label alright), but explorer still can't read it. Can anyone please help me get the data off here, I really need the stuff that is on there.
