NTFS or FAT32

I'm upgrading to W2k from NT. Is there any advantage to formatting NTFS instead of FAT 32?

NTFS is more secure, more stable, wastes less space (on large HDD) and generally is a good idea.

win2k runs nice and happy on NTFS. sometimes, people who dual boot want to keep fat32 for all partitions so win98 can see their 2k drive. but if you're just running win2k alone, definitely go NTFS
