ntfs or fat32, which stripe? 16kb? for scsi drive. give me the best performance

on my ide-raid, i have always used:

format c: /z:16

everyone told me that fat32 and 16kb was the fastest. i dont really know. well, now it gets serious with scsi. i dont care about security or anything. reformatting is a daily thing... thanks.

win2k/win98 dual boot on a single partition of 36gb on a ibm 36zx 10k scsi-3 hd.

i only want 1 partition. i hate having all these drive letters.
