NTFS all the way. I know that it is better, but I am stupid and forget why it is better right now. It has something to do with the boot sector and the way that it allocates space, but I forget.
Go with NTFS. Open a comand line window and type "Convert c: /fs:NTFS" to start the conversion process. It will re-boot and convert during the startup process.
