NTFS or FAT 32?

Can anybody tell me if it's worth going from FAT 32 to NTFS?

Yes.

NTFS is more stable, and you never have to defragment.

yes. but if you format, remember to save the encryption key for encrypted files you have on other partitions. otherwise you cant recover it. i had to find out the hard way.
