NTFS or Fat 32...does it make a difference in FPS?

I'm installing windows 2000. I'm a gamer so I want as many FPS as possible. Will it make a difference if I use NTFS or FAT 32?
 
I've installed win2k using either, doesn't make too much difference, but I'm sorta leaning on the FAT32 side of the fence.😎

Does anyone know where anyone has benchmarked the difference(in gaming) of NTFS and FAT32?
