NTFS file accessed denied in lan setup

why is it that in my home LAN between 2 computers.

if my system is NTFS..the other computer is FAT32.

my system can accessed the shared folder of the FAT32 while the FAT32 system cannot access mine.?

any remedy?

You need to authenticate with something before you can get access to an NTFS volume unless in the security tab for the shared folder, "everyone" has permissions to the share.

Be warned though, that is a bit of a security hole...

What OS are you running? There may be a better way.
