NTFS Defrag gone haywire.....Help please

Ok here's the setup, an Iwill KK266-r with an t-bird 1GHz running 2 60GB Maxtors in RAID0. The 120GB is divided up into 4GB FAT32 partition & the rest in one big 110GB NTFS partition. I ran defrag to see if the drives needed defragmenting & both did. I set up the defrag program before I went to bed & it started just fine doing it's thing to the large NTFS partition. This morning when I go to check it's progress the computer is frozen. When I run the defrag program it comes up fine, analyzes & scans C (the FAT32 partition) no probs but when I analyze or scan E (The big NTFS partition) it gives me "DfrgNtfs.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program." I have no idea what else to try & searching dfrgntfs brings up nearly nothing. So if anyone has an idea or a solution I'd greatly appreciate your help.

Thanks

If you go to diskeeper's site and check the faq I believe they have a question addressing this exact issue.
