ntbackup question

ok, i'm not sure which forum to put this question, but ntbackup does came with the OS so i decided to put it here. mods feel free to move this to the appropriate forum if this is not it. thanks.

my question is in the summary. the OS is Windows Server 2003. is it possible to get ntbackup to span multiple drives? note that i'm not asking about multiple tapes, but multiple tape-drives in the same computer.

i have been searching around but could not find a definitive answer. so far it looks like the answer is no, but the references that i found is way back from 1997.

NTbackup can't use multiple tape drives at once. However I think you can configure ntbackup to run multiple jobs at the same time by opening up more than one instance of it. If you want to use multiple tape drives simulatnousely you need other software.
