I recently installed an HP Ultrium 960 tape library on our backup server (W2K Server, SP4) The drivers are loaded for it and Device Mangler sees it just fine.
The HP Storage Works software sees the tape drive fine, but NTBACKUP doesn't see it at all. Any ideas?
BTW, I put this here instead of GH b/c there appear to be no issue with the tape library itself, as Windows sees and reports it as healthy.
