NT Problem - MSDTC

We keep getting an error message on our network server saying:

MSDTC.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?DtcWriteToEventLoggerEx@@YGJGGKPAXGKPAPBDO@Z
could not be located in the dynamic link library ADME.dll.

Does anyone know the cause of this? A solution for this? I looked on the MS knowledgbase and got a dead end, and our tech support can't come until next week.

We are running NT4.0 Build 1381 SP 6 I believe.

corrupt dll ? try reinstalling ADME.dll

Any ideas on where I might find the correct version of ADME.dll?

see if you can extract it from your NT CD then run SP6 again

or try installing mdac 2.61 .. or the new MDAC 2.7
