NT Backup Problems

Last week I used the backup program that comes with Windows Xp Pro to successfully backup some important files on my computer to cd-rw. Now, is it possible to use those exact same preferences to backup again (updating the information) by clicking on the icon on the CDRW? I don't want to go and choose every little preference again to backup. Is there a shorter way?

BTW, I tried doing a scheduling backup but it never worked.

On another note, does Outlook 2002's .pst file save all my contacts and emails from outlook or should I choose something else when ready to backup?

Go into 'Advanced Mode' from the backup wizard and it will allow you to save and your backup selections/options. You can then later double click on that file to start the backup.

The pst files do contain your Outlook mail, tasks, calendar, contacts, etc.
