Does anyone know if there is a way to force NT 4 to automatically delete the locally stored copy of a user's roaming profile after the user logs out (i.e. delete the user's profile directory from winnt\profiles)? Also, is it possible to disable the "a slow network connection has been detected" dialog box that sometimes pops up when a user tries to log in? This dialog gives the user the option of either downloading their roaming profile or using the locally stored copy. I realize that having a faster network and/or a faster server would probably make this dialog appear less frequently, but I'm hoping there's a way to just force the machine to download the roaming profile. I've been told that both of these things can be done by editing the registry. I would be very greatful for any information about this.
