I just got hired (after getting laid off) to basically be the head computer geek (meaning the *only* computer geek) at this property management company. I'm basically getting hired to fix/redesign/make functional their P.O.S. Web site, but to be their computer "go-to" guy to support their stuff.
Regardless, while I start Monday, I noticed when I was in there during my interview that they run NT 4 servers and workstations with a really messed up DOS-based accounting/reservation software, all with a Citrix system enabling to use/view other folks computers.
At some point, I'd like to replace/upgrade all of this (to make system administration easier, as it's ALL old versions...I'm willing to bet that the NT 4 stuff is no higher than SP1). But in the interim, I need to know if any body knows of any good Win NT 4 (including terminal server) sysadmin/tweak sites (my sysadmin experience is lacking on NT 4 server... I'm better with Win2k and Linux based system). Also, if anybody knows of any good intro to citrix sites, let me know (I've never really used it...used VNC stuff).
Any ideas?
