I always have had AnalogX NetStatLive . I, personally, don't think there is anything better.

In it they have a Local tab, as some may know, and a "Remote" tab. I've never had anything show up under Remote, and all of the sudden, last week I started getting websites show up. Now it says:

Remote
Name: www.megaone.com
ip: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Trace: Host uncreachable
Ping: 2097172ms (2097172 2097172 2097172.....

What does this mean?

spybot search @ destroy works better for me, but that is worth about two cents in today's economy.

  1. Right-click on NetStat LIVE! in the System Tray
  2. Select REMOTE
  3. In the box "Please enter the location to ping/trace", clear any text
  4. Hit ENTER
  5. Read the included NetStat LIVE! ReadMe file
  6. Relax!
