Rogers then added that such SIGINT exists, and it is damning. He stated, “There is no question that we [meaning NSA] have evidence of election involvement and questionable contacts with the Russians.” Although Rogers did not cite the specific intelligence he was referring to, agency officials with direct knowledge have informed me that DIRNSA was obviously referring to a series of SIGINT reports from 2016 based on intercepts of communications between known Russian intelligence officials and key members of Trump’s campaign, in which they discussed methods of damaging Hillary Clinton.

This sounds shocking, but I have grown numb to these bombshells already. So meh

I have doubts about this story. This is in Jared Kushner's paper? An exclusive by him? Have you looked at the editorial page? Have you seen the number of stories put out by this paper debunked by snopes?

I smell a trap here. There's an angle.

*Warning- Not a fake story*

"The House of Cards That Trump Built".

And lo, he built it with his twin brother Putin as a major subcontractor. And Trump the Almighty built it on a foundation of lies, fake promises and bait and switch advertising. And He built it to make Himself and his Russian oligarch brethren richer than He and they could ever dare to dream.

Behold, Trump used substandard building materials and told the people living in His House that what was actually scrap brass was gold. What was actually tin was platinum. What was actually lead was silver. And they praised him for it.

And lo and behold, other folks begged and pleaded to be sold a chance to live in that house where the Landlord was making a killing from the scam and the people living in that house liked....no, LOVED it that way.

They loved it that their indentured lifestyle was a "safe and secure one" or so they were told. They loved it so much that they gouged their eyes out so as not to be tempted by the fake truth from the fake media and only listened to music and sermon that told them their slavery to their Master was the only way they could survive and be happy in life.

Trump told them to "Love Thine Enemy" as He loved only one of them, but to scorn all the rest lest they take everything and give nothing in return as only their Lord and Master is allowed to do.

And the people praised him for the wisdom and the protection he provided for them.

Aaaaaa-shit.

I think you're woofing up the wrong tree. Snopes only has one tag to "observer". It appears that Kushner owns it as a profitable enterprise, not as an ideological tool like the NRO or a lot of right wing media. It's not that kind of rag. The linked article is consistent with what Schindler has written in the past, as well.

It is, however, just a second hand account. I'll believe Rogers said it when he does so openly & officially.

It hasn't been picked up by any major outlet yet. Also, the story is odd, in that I doubt Rogers would make an announcement like that to the entire agency. I think they employ 40K people. This 100% guarantees leakage. This kind of information is undoubtedly on a need to know. I'll wait and see if other outlets pick it up.

I read this article a few days ago and it's headline is not even supported by the article. If you read it carefully, it's Rogers informing NSA employees he was approached by Trump to deny there is any Russia/Trump campaign collusion, not confirming there was any. Then him going on to deny the request.

So if it's accurate, it's only confirming what has been reported already; that Trump asked not just Comey, but also the head of NSA and some other head I cannot remember, to also deny it publicly, both turned him down.

Run the vid. It's a little different from the text. If true, Trump's request was highly improper, anyway. The rule of law towers above any President.

The bolded part is entirely new, as far as I'm concerned. We have heard about these contacts many times before, but never anything that specifically says they were discussing the campaign and how to defeat Clinton. Don't know if this story is credible or not, but if it is, it's pretty damning.

Seeing is believing, and I haven't seen anything convincing yet, but if true there's another log on the bonfire. With Kushner possibly being investigated for espionage it's not hard to imagine other egregious acts on the part of this administration, but imagining isn't proof.
