.nrg back to .iso?

I renamed my .iso file to .nrg for Nero but now I can't seem to get teh .iso extension back. It remains on NRG, can someone help?

Open a command prompt windows and type in:

ren xxxxx.nrg xxxxx.iso

replace xxxxx with the filename. More than likely if you're doing it in the browser, the extensions are hidden and you can rename it whatever you want, but because of the file association it will always append the original extension onto the name.

Doing it the "old" way (above) bypasses that.
