Now will it be Kerry/Clinton or Edwards/Clinton?

Now that it is down to two fighting for the Nomination who will get the VP Nod?

All indicators point to the First Woman Vice President.

When Katie Couric interviewed Hillary Sunday and Katie asked for millionth time will she run for President, Hillary said you "will not have to keep asking me soon".

Like I said before that means it is sure looking like she will accept the VP spot this time before trying for President down the road.

Hillary won't run for VP in 2004. It would hurt her chances of running for president in 2008.

I think she realizes a democrat will win, so then she won't be able to run for president in 2008 unless she becomes a Republican :) So she'd rather be a vice president now then wait 8 or 12 years

If there is some kind of Clinton string-pulling going on, and Kerry starts looking like a sure-thing, he'll pick Graham as his VP. I don't think he'd run for presidet thus giving Hillary the chance in 2008. Otherwise I think Kerry needs Edwards to win, and he would run for Pres in 2008, so Hillary misses her shot, which is just fine by me.

Or you would realise she meant, that the democrats will have wrapped up their nominee soon. And she won't be it.

Why not, she has lied to the people of NY before....many in upstate NY heard her run on her 'secret plan' to fix the upstate economy and stop the tax dollars from being sucked into the city...also said she would finish her term as their Senator...like husband like wife, I guess...carpetbagging beach.

Lets all try to accept the obvious here. Hillary will NOT play second fiddle again. Not to kerry, not to edwards, not even to bill. Either she will be President or she won't be a part. Conjecture about her joining a campiagn is silly - if not downright laughable.

You think Kerry could tap that thang if he wins? She's like a glorified intern...always willing the f*ck whoever is in charge.

I think Hillary realizes that the only Democrat currently in the race that can beat Bush is Edwards. Being on the Kerry ticket is a lose/lose proposition.

And I agree with CADkindaGUY. She isn't willin to be #2 anymore.

If Kerry would hit this Hillary I'm going to DC & take him out personally, for the good of all men.

I hope she doesn't run as VP, best way to poison the Dem ticket. I don't know why the Dems have gotten into affirmative action for VPs. Leiberman was a huge reason I didn't want to vote for in 2000. Dems in '00: "Hey look, a Jew! Vote for us! We love you, you love us..."

If they lose in '04 (god forbid,) are they going to tag Marion Barry in '08? "Hey look! A black man! The new Democratic Party, not just for whitey anymore!" (<--crack at Dixiecrats, remember them?)

My hope:

Edwards/ Somebody not completely suck (and polarizing)

The Clintonites cannot hold onto the democratic party for that long. If she doesn't do anything this election, she's done.

Did you get that flyer she sent out during her run in NY? "Who's the bigger Yankee Fan?" :) What a joke...born in raised in Syracuse, and many up there are still waiting for that 'secret plan' to fix the upstate economy...biotch is a carpet bagging, coattail riding, power-whore.

She is soiled baggage.

"will not have to keep asking me soon".

That could easily mean that the Dems will have the front runner determined and each has a VP candidate in mind.

If you live in NY voting for anybody but the Dem Nominee is a waste thanks to the Electoral College.

Anyway to get NYC to secede? That way the state is not corrupted by the city :p

I would think being a prominent state Senator is more prestigious and gives you more power than being a VP. Which is what it's all about for most politicians.

Not sure though.

why would she take the warm bucket of piss instead of the cushy senator job?
