Now that I have this XF 5900 how do I set it up for the best quality/speed? Anyone have a guide to setting one up? As in what settings do what and how to get the most out of it?

There is no "one" way to set up a video card. If your ok with overclocking it, then overclock it as much as you can with perfect stability. Set everything to the highest setting possible as long as you have good frame rates. Everyone's miles will vary depending on what is in their computer. That's really about it, just tinker around with the settings until you find what you like. Personally I'd run it at 1280x1024 4xaa/8xaf or 2xaa/8xaf if frame rates are too low with 4xaa.
