"Obama is on a fundraising frenzy". He's done more fundraising activities in his term than any other president, blowing away the previous levels of campaign fundraising activities.

Good to know that at this time when Americans are hurting and the economy is in the tank, obummer spends all his time on fundraising activities for his re-election rather than actually doing anything useful.

"It certainly reinforces the idea that he's more concerned about his own job than American jobs"
"He's going to need a lot of money to paper over his bad record."

Absolutely right. Nov 2012 can't come fast enough.

Fortunately the GOP controlled Congress has put forth and passed so much meaningful legislation since January for the benefit of Americans and the promotion of job growth. They have refrained from symbolic votes and grandstanding of any kind. They are symbols of what cooperation and following the will of the people is all about. God bless them.

They took their lead from Obama saying 'Fuck you - I won' leadership style.

Perhaps a remedial civics 101 course would be helpful? The GOP holds a majority in the house. That's it. It does not control congress.

Also, deflecting and diverting by pointing the finger at lousy congress does nothing to change the fact that obummer is spending more time fundraising for his own election than any other president ever. That's a simple indisputable fact, and a good indicator of where his priorities are.

Which is why this posting about how bad the other side is endlessly is sad and pathetic. It's both that blow. Everyone wants to start the next thread about how bad the other guys are. They both fucking suck.

But so many have to toe the line and be good partisan cheerleaders. We all know who is left and who is right on this forum. Don't see many threads calling out their own side do you? Everyone wants to glare across at the other side. The U.S. will continue to fail because the people seem to willingly accept it and play along.

Way to play the semantics game. You know what I meant. Hack. And you might want to look at the nature of your post before lecturing me about pointing fingers.

Next month his is going to tell us his dream.

And this month he finally gets around to telling the US government to figure out how to "slash" 5% of next years budget compared to this years.

and gasp - the following year another 10%.

Some have been saying this all along; small cuts are less painful when planned for.():)
Get that job done, and the economy will have faith and create jobs, including maybe his:eek:

You appear to have trouble focusing today. I pointed out the FACT that obummer is spending more time fundraising than any other president in history, and you diverted by pointing the finger at congress. "Quick! Duhvert, duhvert!"

And that was relevant to this little bit.

But I'm sure you rant about the GOP side of the HOUSE all the time and the fact that they too are showing no desire to do anything useful.

His priorities should be giving the JOB CREATORS even more breaks so they can keep those unemployment numbers at record lows and keep up all this mad hiring we were told they would do. Totally blown away by all the jobs they have created since we started protecting this fragile class in 2001.

They also have a filibustering & appointment stopping radical minority machine in the Senate. Nothing happens w/o Repub approval. Their hostage taking extortion methods prove MoS's point entirely.

But do rave on...

The funny thing is, if the American people are stupid enough to allow a Republican majority in Congress again (because it went so well the last time with them tanking the economy), I actually don't want a Democrat minority to act like spoiled children like the Republicans do. I would want a Democrat minority to work with the Republican majority and only filibuster if the majority is unwilling to negotiate and compromise. I don't get why a Republican minority thinks it's in the right to filibuster and also refuse to even try to compromise. Why is it that Republicans think holding their breath like spoiled little children is a proper tactic in national politics?

Thanks to the US Supreme Court, Obama as well as every future president will spend a lot of time raising money. The high court ruled businesses are people when it comes to donations. That is how Romney got his cool 1 mill donation. A single person can not give 1 mill directly, but I can create a business called wada wada frada and funnel that 1 mill donation right into Mitt's pocket. Which is exactly what was done, except for that temporary business was not named wada wada frada. But regarding it's legitimacy, they might have well called it that.

My point... you can't break Obama's balls just because he is playing the game.
The underlining issue here is YOU ARE ALL PISSED that Obama can raise shit loads of money so easily, despite the right wing controlled high court doing their best to corrupt the system.
Go President Obama$$$$$ !!!! Kick ass!

And somehow I'm guessing all his fundraising time combined with vacation is still less time that W spent clearing brush while he was in office.

lol at all the dimlibs jumping in to try and defend the indefensible. The American public has to decide if they want to bring back a guy who clearly demonstrates that his pursuit of campaign funding is way more important than fixing the economy. All the campaign spending in the world isn't going to fix the fact that the economy is in the tank.

I eagerly await your "OMG the congress that promised to create jobs is off for over a month" thread.

And the tax payers are paying for it. He knows his presidency is in extremely deep trouble. Be honest, no president has ever pulled this kind of re-election tour shit so soon and so big.

The writing is on the wall - Nov 2012. FBHO
