Here's a review of the 1410, which is similar but includes a tuner.

Looks to be unsupported for Vista, but works on XP. I bought one last night, along with a socket a mobo for an old athlon I had hanging around. Gonna use it to plug my old PSOne into my laptop. Might be a good deal if you're ordering something anyways.

Just a heads up that you may need a powered hub for this to work properly. Couldn't get enough juice from my laptop's USB ports, but works fine (although it does drop a frame here and there ) plugged into a USB hub. I use it for my old Gamecube and to archive old videotapes. Quality is OK; good enough to handle the crappy quality of the videotapes, at least.

I bought one for $10 a while back so $2 is pretty nice. Works fine for plugging in a ps2 (or any other console via composite cables) to play on your computer if you don't want to buy a pci card. Sound isn't the highest quality, but it's good enough. Played a bunch of Guitar Hero 2 at my desk for a while :p

It's gone from the site now. The link works but you can't add it to your cart. When you search on the sku, comes back not found.

I have one and classify it as being pretty sweet for what it does. Kudos to those who scored one for cheap.
