Its some kind of relation of height to weight. Personally, I think if you can run a mile without having a heart attack in under 5-7 minutes, you're normal:music:

You really have to take BMI with a grain of salt tho. Even if I were to somehow remove all of my body fat, I'd still be in the middle of the "normal" range. ;)

I run (jog) quite a bit and my normal "fast" mile is in the low 8's (8:20 or so).
