SANTA FE, N.M., May 23 ? Legendary Western outlaw Billy the Kid is supposed to have died after pistol shots rang through the night in the New Mexico desert 122 years ago, and a local sheriff?s office has reopened the books on the event to find out just who shot whom.

the cave where billy the kid spent much of his time is on the way to ruidoso NM from roswell NM... two of the most worthless towns i've ever been in... and for some reason... theres all these fruit stands all over the place
