I wonder how much these cost to make? 100% cotton, made in Italy. The cuffs and the weird pouch thing would add a little cost over a regular pair. Maybe 2-3 bucks?

Anyone here work in garment production?

No clue. I wondered that as well. I also forgot to add, the pukey crap color is a good homeless color. Don't show poop, piss or vomit stains as easily. And the reinforced double crotch fabric means you can piss yourself several times before it finally leaks through.
