Now that Saddam has been caught, who will replace him as the next dictator?

Actually, I do. We replaced Iraqs previous dictator with Saddam....and look how he turned out. Heck he was even once viewed as "good" and was given key to Detroit. So, why don't you STFU and crawl back your mamas crack :|

Hopefully the people will be now able to decide on the form of government they desire via election.
Islam + Democracy DOES NOT WORK! (most arabs states know this.. and most are Monarchs... rulers decreed by Heaven....man and I thought the Europeans and Chinese were done with this.. seems the Islam world can't get the hint)
Simple fact... I do know of Turkey (which I'm from)... Islamic Republic. The GREATEST IRONY...
Simple fact... also I'm Muslim.. and it just doesn't work. Islam/Gov't rule is closely held together.. can't separate gov't and religion between the two.

The country we should look at with an eye for a Military excursion is Pakistan. There was already an attack on their pro American President today. If the fanatic Muslim scum were able to take control of that country the terrorist will have a nuclear threat.

No, but having an election now or anytime in the near future would just put Iraq back into another dictator's hand. Do what's been done in the past and that's worked, such as in S. Korea, Japan, and even Afghanistan (though it's still too early to see how this will turn out), and that's to have a puppet government until a proper government is established and the people can decide for themselves.
I think they're hoping to convert it to a democracy by installing a capitalist economy. No one would commit $87B to rebuilding a country unless there were lucrative returns
Haven't been to Turkey lately have been my friend? Strangely communism runs wild in Turkey.. Rich are super rich, and the poor is extremely poor. There is no middle class, and absolutely no jobs. Kids from my generation are ultra smart.. (ie: Xiety.. studied here.. going back to Turkey to work for DuPont, KGB.. chemist/biologist...working in laboratory for the time being). They know NUMEROUS languages, (english is a walk in part for most students) but they have no opportunities.
