Now that private topics are gone...

Has anyone made their own forum to replace this feature that was taken away? I wouldn't mind registering to another forum that ATers go to, to have unmoderated threads. Just curious.

Several have popped up. We had a Low carb PT open and pretty much everyone has moved over to my forums at http://lowcarbsweb.com. The same can be said for the fitness PT as Entity has registered a new site http://geekfitness.com for forums, etc. to replace the PT.

I personally think it totally sucks that they deleted them without ANY prior notice. Some info in these threads can't be replaced or rather, would take significant work to replace. Very low move on the forum administrators part. Not that I'm dissapointed though, it's par for the course.

Yah, I am plugging it. The only reason I started the damn thing is to help people lose weight. Anytime anyone posts anything here about low carb diets, the ignorant people come out of the woodwork and make fun of those of us who aren't in great shape. I personally got tired of it, so I started a community that I can control.

There are no ads, I make no money off of it. So yes, I am pluggin my own site.

Not to replace all the illegal crap, but yes, I started my forums for the fitness thread. Hopefully it'll grow to more than 5 users. Then again, it has only been up for an hour.
