now THAT is a BIG engine!

Sorry Brute, but the Largest production Car Engine belongs to Pierce Arrow ;

The greatest engine capacity of a production car is 13.5 liters (824 cu in), shared by the US Pierce-Arrow 6-66 Raceabout of 1912?18, the US Peerless 6-60 of 1912?14, and the Fageol of 1918.

Yeah I knew that too. (really!)

I was searching for V6 engines (Because of the V6 thread) and came across this engine.

Just thought I'd share. 😉

BTW: I'm pretty sure this engine has a few more ponies than the Pierce had! 😉

Couple of Corvair engines on there today as well. 🙂

🙂

Lunatie and World's products just recently released a crank and block that will yeild a 472 C.I. small block Chevy 🙂
