Now that Iraq is flooding the market with oil how come gas is not 35 cents a gallon?

So WHAT IS going on with Iraqi oil production? Leading up to the invasion of Iraq every freakin' right wing commentator, news source, etc told me that Iraqi oil would flood the market in 1-2 years and we could see gas as low as .35 cents.
Yet its coming up on 6 years since the end of major combat operations in Iraq.
Where's my m*therf*ckin oil????

Its like Obama saving x million jobs. Its SHOULD be at $5.00, but its not thanks to Iraq. On the contrary, at the start of the Iraq war every left-wing commentator said we would be stealing Iraqi oil... so which is it?
