Question Now that BF and CM have passed, but online stores are still doing "Cyber Week" (at least, Newegg, and BestBuy, and Walmart, are.) Best time to buy?

A GTX 1650 Super? Or GTX 1660 Super? Or RX 5500 (XT) (8GB?) ?

Looking only at cards with GDDR6, for mining potential. Hoping that Folding@home starts to support RX 5700, and then therefore RX 5500 as well, soon.

So, for both mining (with NH on Windows) and Folding, what would be my best choice for $200 and under cards? Best time to buy?

Do we think that GTX 1650 Super and GTX 1660 Super will drop in price, once the RX 5500 series drops?

Prices on Tuesday weren't too encouraging for the 1660 supers. On NE, they were up to $260-290.

Both those cards are new, the ones they'll reduce are the 1660 non super and Ti.

do you have free electricity? i dont see mining being worthwhile unless you have solar or subsidized electricity.
