Ive already tried honey, and salt+water, nothing. Im starting a cold, seems to be really bad, i have trouble swallowing... any ideas?

The root of your problem in the first place.

Try sucking down on some cough drops and gargling with listerine. That temporarily helps.

Gargle with Listerine (the regular flavored stuff, not the Cool Mint, Citrus, etc)

Do it every few hours if possible.

Also taking chewable Zinc lozenges works wonders sometimes. They don't taste great but most have a slight citrus taste. Echinacea and Vitamin C always help too.

There isn't much you can do besides stop being a sissy. You're going to get sick, make sure your diet is good and you are drinking tons of water and it will pass much faster.

Ok, just tried some normal mouthwash stuff, i got some in my eyes while gargling.

IT BURRNNSSS!!!

any ideas? :light:
