Many may know that I am located in Australia and I'm a qualified ex-electronics tech.
I am chasing a circuit diagram for a model monitor that has been imported into Australia under the brand name "Viewsonic" but the same model was sold in the states under the brand name "Smile" or "KFC"
It is a 17" monitor, about 4 years old, has an LCD at the front LH corner to display the mode, V&H frequency and current resolution.
The model number is CA-1706 and that same model applies around the world even though the brand name changes. The manufacturer is Kuo Feng Corporation (KFC) and the website is meant to be www.kfc.com.tw but there is no web server where the DNS points to.
My problem is I have 3 of these monitors with very different and very difficult faults. I desperately need a circuit diagram for this monitor as the Australian importer will not support service to these products once they are out of warranty, very poor service in my opinion.
I have been through Anatek's website and found nothing...
I would greatly appreciate it if I could find out where to get this circuit diagram from, or if somebody has it to scan it for me
