I do hope this comes to light as a internet scam. Because if you need to create an army of fake web users to say obamacare is alright... then maybe it really is not a good plan.

Judging by the contract it appears it is designed for use in other countries.. hiding IP's from "sophisticated adversaries"... but I wouldn't put it past the white house to buy a few thousand licenses.

Agreed, but I'm going to withhold judgment on the accuracy of the story. If true, this should be huge.
