The latest BIOSes for the TUSL2-C are

Version 1010 Final and
1011 Beta 002.

Tualatin VCore adjustments have been added in the 1010 BIOS, so it's best if you have at least version 1010 or later. There are certain BIOS adjustments applicable if you are using SBLives on the CUSL2/TUSL2 family of boards, but those settings are now default, so you won't need to worry about them.

I recently downloaded and flashed to the BIOS REV.1010 for the TUSL2-C.
The voltage adjustments which were made available were to high for my liking, minimum of 1.60 volts.

I flashed back to REV.1009 because my temps went up some 10 degrees C..

Anyone know if the Tualatin can take V-Core that high on a sustainable basis? 1.45 volts seems to be Intels maximum recommendation. I may be misconstruing their tech specs however.

1.45 volts is the default voltage for the Tualatin processors, not the maximmum capable. I would guess that they should be able to handle up to about 1.80 volts.
