The new billet oil cooler for the '58 Porsche Speedster I'm currently restoring.

Man, someone put a lot of time and effort into building this sucker !

I meant the fins of the oil cooler looked sideways. I assume the air is ducted to it, but just struck me as odd.

 

DurocShark, look at the tinware here, see the big hole in front ?
That's where the fan/generator mounts, air is forced sideways through the cooler and then over the cylinders/heads.

I want to put an upright kit on my typeIV 2.0 and slam it in a late model ghia or beetle. Nice little sleeper
