In MANY states, unless the person has a Concealed Weapon Permit, even a handgun has to be unloaded and the ammunition stored away from the pistol. Otherwise, it's considered a concealed weapon.
Of course, Texas isn't most states. Loaded guns AND open alcohol containers in a moving vehicle! What could go wrong? :laughing:

You're fault. You stated a fact someone didn't like. That is an offense. It doesn't matter if you find it offensive yourself. You can't go around spreading facts that make people unhappy. It's like driving around with a loaded gun in a car full of jumpy liberals bouncing around in the back seat. There's bound to be a discharge.

Not a damn thing!

Well except there was that one time my best friends sisters fiance who was a Houston Oiler crashed his car after a party and killed his best friend. After calling 911 he got the gun out of the gun rack in the back and committed suicide. But you know other than that... nothing!
