......

I need a new case. My price range is 50-100$. Currently, my temps are fine, and I have never had a problem with heat. The current case I own doesnt have any fans. I just ordered a new DVD burner:

Lite-On 16x, Dual Layer DVD+/-RW (Biege)
Specifications:
Write Speed: 4X DVD+R DL, 16X DVD+R, 16X DVD-R, 8X DVD+RW, 6X DVD-RW, 48X CD-R, 24X CD-RW
Read Speed: 48X CD-ROM,16X DVD-ROM
Interface: ATAPI / E-IDE

I want a case with frontal USB plugs and fans (coolness with lights if possible:beer;)

Anyway, my problem is, I'm not sure on what size to get. The dimensions on my MOBO are 12" X 9.6". Here are the links to three I found that I like: (BTW..I have a good power source already)

Case 1

Case 2

Case 3

Case 4

These are just a few that I found that like, but I'm not sure which ones I can use. Also, I am not limited to just these, and I am open for suggestions. Front USB is a must. I game alot, but it is usually sports games online.

any feedback is much apprieciated.

Ok, for your own good, please go read up and come back. We need more of the "guts," such as CPU, vid card, hard drives, optical drives, PSU, much more.

From the looks of it, you should also check out the Athenatech A605 series and the other blingy one in the A600 series the A604 (Newegg carries some of them). All the cases you mentioned will fit your mobo and other stuff.

wow, classical case selection by novices. ok, here goes:

NEVER BUY CHEAPO CASES

if you really want to pinch every dollar you spend, get a cheap antec or lian-li. maybe thermaltake if you like that whole 'mod' look

that is all

I have a very similar setup. The Sonata should be a good pick. It has a good power supply, but I replaced the 1 case fan with a Sunon.

Antecs are great cases, and most come with great PSU's, with that budget you could get a nice Antec case. I don't know what PSU you have, and with some of the things you're saying (517 milligrams of ram, mmmm :p sorry I had to make fun :beer;) please post what PSU you have too. PSU = life source of computer, without a good one you're fubar.

Lian-Li's are nice too, they don't come with PSUs though and are slightly louder than some Antec cases. IMO you should get an Antec for the premium PSU.

My PSU: ENERMAX 350W Power Supply for AMD K7

It seems that Antec must be the way to go. Now, my 50-100$ price range was just a tossed out number. How important is the case? If it is that important, then I don't mind spending more.

thanks to all
