Novell setting Windows time 15 mins fast on all computers

I have noticed that when logging onto the Novell server at work, it is setting the clock to 15 minutes too fast. this happens on every single computer, and is quite annoying for me!

Are there any quick fixes that I can do on the server to get these clocks set right?

Set the clock on the server.

and / or

Change the settings in Novell to not sync the clocks. IT's been a while, but it used to be in teh client options, or you may be able to do it from the "set" parameters on the server.

Fix the time on the NDS tree. I know NetWare servers can be setup to sync with an NTP time source, why not do that?
